As Revibe grew its online footprint, the company needed a scalable and user-friendly platform that would effectively convey the quality of the products, warranties, and sustainability values and provide a smooth user experience across devices.
Customers were unable to see the distinctions between device conditions, which lowered trust and conversion rates. Lack of visual clarity and organised grading minimised the trust in buying refurbished technology online.
Lack of inspection standards and sustainability value on the product pages, which did not operate dynamically, undermined engagement. The lack of dynamic features minimised the time spent on site and the perceived value of a modern UI UX design strategy.
