They offer a hassle-free, affordable, and flexible ownership of a car, including free insurance, scheduled maintenance, and 24/7 roadside support. They aim to provide convenient, transparent and flexible mobility solutions that enable customers to drive quality cars with no long-term agreements or undisclosed costs and reshape the way the community access their cars in the automotive sector.

Problem Statement

Oxidrent, being an emerging automotive subscription service, had several digital barriers that prevented its users from getting all they wanted in their services. Their current site failed to show their pioneering business model and provided an easy user experience.

The website design of Oxidrent lacked visual appeal and modern design, which did not capture their innovative subscription-based approach to providing vehicles, leaving a negative impression on UAE Customers.

The website had a low organic reach, thus Oxidrent failed to attract the attention of potential customers in the UAE who might have searched for car subscription services, restricting the business development.

Oxidrent's website had extremely poor search engine optimisation, which could not rank well against the major keywords such as automotive subscriptions, making it less visible to potential customers in the UAE.

The slow load time and poor website maintenance services ensured that visitors did not spend much time on the platform, negatively impacting engagement metrics and lowering the chances of converting to the subscription plans.

Goals to Achieve

To harmonise with the new automotive subscription model of Oxidrent, the site redesign aimed at developing a highly attractive, user-friendly and effectively responsive web design services in order to enhance customer interaction and conversion.

Considering the outdated web design, a new, clean, responsive, and visually appealing website maintenance services was introduced for Oxidrent to increase user experience and support the innovation behind the automotive subscription service.

The content was optimised, and technical SEO for car subscription services were added, which boosted organic traffic and ensured OxidRent ranks higher for relevant online searches in the UAE.

Due to the poor user engagement on the previous website, new usability and interactive features were added to the platform to ensure the visitor remains interested in the site and explores the subscription packages.

In the new website, the registration and membership process were streamlined through a digital-first model, so customers could register, select a car and subscribe for hassle-free mobility.

Developed a cohesive aesthetic identity for OxidRent, which was used across all websites and marketing channels to increase brand recognition and emphasise the brand as an innovator of flexible car subscriptions.
