The Multifamily Collective is a professional group established in 2006 by a former Apartment Hacker named Mike Brewer. It is a collaborative resource where professionals in the multifamily sector have productive discussions on leadership, technology, endurance, and self-development. The platform provides valuable information that sparks innovation and lifelong learning through blogs, micro-vlogs, interviews, and podcasts. The Multifamily Collective, which aims at unlocking human potential and creating lasting cultures, is now a reliable digital space for industry leaders. Problem Statement

When the Multifamily Collective grew its audience and content portfolio, it encountered multiple digital and operational problems that constrained engagement, scalability, and brand positioning in the long run.
