About MT Kozma

MT Kozma is an upscale beauty retailer committed to providing an exclusive range of products directly imported from the leading Korean beauty brands. Prioritising quality, innovation, and trend-setting collections, MT Kozma offers customers cult-favorites as well as the newest emerging products. Updating continually, the company provides beauty lovers with the most desired items in the marketplace.

Problem Statement

MT Kozma required a modern and interactive web site to deliver its high-quality Korean beauty products. The current site was in poor design, interactive, and not mobile friendly; this restricted the customer interaction and internet presence.

The legacy site had a old interface that failed to capture the high quality of products at MT Kozma and undermined brand authenticity in a competitive beauty industry.

Customers could not explore the site efficiently due to navigation being cumbersome, vague product categories, and slower page loading.

The site was also not fully smartphone and tablet-friendly, which limited the access among a significant number of beauty shoppers.

The display of products did not bring out the engaging or interactive format which restricted our visibility and could not emphasise the exclusiveness of the products offered by MT Kozma.

Make navigation easy, improve the speed of the site, and categorise the products in order to enhance interactions and simplify navigation.

Create a highly responsive design to ensure ease of access on smartphones, tablets and desktops to reach mobile shoppers.

Use interactive layouts and quality images of products to enhance engagement, attractiveness and conversion probability.

Create a strong and sustainable multi-media platform that builds brand credibility, traffic and long-term online expansion.
