Problem Statement
Ain Al Khaleej Hospital needed a modern, informative and interactive site to help it messages the wide scope of medical services it provides. The already existing site was limited to a dated design, lacked intuitive navigation, and were not mobile responsive enough, which impaired patient interaction and online outreach of the hospital.
The previous site did not communicate the professionalism and high technology of the hospital, thus reducing patient confidence and involvement.
Mobile app navigation was tedious, making it a hard task to find doctors, book appointments, or learn anything about specialised services.
The legacy web site was not maximised to operate with smartphones and tablets, so it restricted access to a large portion of customers.
The medical services, physician profiles as well as educational programmes were not interactive which restricted patient awareness and interaction.

We aimed to omit a modern, flexible, and engaging web address where you can find the services of the hospital, ease communication with the patients, and enhance its online marketing.
